Your mission

  • You translate the redefined Customer Journey and business requirements into technical HubSpot design, then handle the implementation: pipelines, data model, automation/workflows and reporting.
  • You design, build, and optimize scalable RevOps systems, processes and automations that enable our clients to achieve their growth objectives.
  • You work hands-on with our diverse and fast-growing clients, helping them develop and execute sales and growth strategies (including Unicorns such as Sennder, PlusDental, and PayFit).
  • You perform detailed diagnostics across the business to identify barriers to growth and opportunities for improvement.
  • This includes analyzing our clients':
    • Customer Journey, sales approach, structures and processes
    • Value proposition, buyer personas, target markets and ICPs
    • Competitive landscape, go-to-market strategies, tactics and channels
    • Current business model and growth levers
  • You (re)define our clients' growth strategies and translate them into scalable operational processes and systems.
  • You (re)define our clients' Customer Journeys and sales processes to improve efficiency, scalability and performance.
  • You optimize organizational setups, including in-house vs. outsourced resources, hiring strategies, and talent gaps or surpluses.

Your profile

  • You have 5+ years working hands-on in HubSpot CRM and a proven track record across greenfield implementation projects and ongoing optimization and support: pipeline setup, properties/objects, automation/workflows and reporting.
  • You have strong technical implementation skills and can independently design, build, and maintain scalable RevOps systems, processes, and automations.
  • You have extensive Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience across sales processes, lead management, lifecycle design, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • You are able to think strategically about the end-to-end customer journey while translating strategy into effective systems, processes and operational execution.
  • You have experience developing and executing B2B growth strategies and a strong understanding of target audiences, buyer needs and sales management processes.
  • You are characterized by excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • You have strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering results in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Nice to have, but not required: Business-level German.
