Your mission

Assistance in designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Participation in integrating the Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds.
Supporting our sales department in marketing scoping projects.
Participation in client workshops to gather technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Assistance in conceptualizing and mapping marketing automation and marketing communication processes (customer journeys).

Your profile

Minimum of one year of professional experience in email marketing / marketing automation / CRM.
Solid practical experience with an industry-standard campaign management platform (ESP) such as Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
Experience in developing cross-channel marketing initiatives (e.g., email, mobile push, SMS, social) for specific customer segments.
Basic knowledge in email marketing.Basic knowledge in HTML.
Affinity for online marketing / email marketing.
SQL knowledge is advantageous.
CSS knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English (C1)

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Salesforce Marketing Cloud-Lösungen.
Teilnahme an der Integration der Marketing Cloud mit anderen Salesforce-Clouds.
Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsabteilung bei Marketing-Scoping-Projekten.
Teilnahme an Kundenworkshops zur Erfassung technischer, funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen.
Mithilfe bei der Konzeptualisierung und Abbildung von Marketingautomatisierungs- und Marketingkommunikationsprozessen (Customer Journeys).

Dein Profil

Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing / Marketing-Automation / CRM.
Solide praktische Erfahrung mit einer branchenüblichen Kampagnenmanagement-Plattform (ESP) wie Emarsys, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Cross-Channel-Marketing-Initiativen (z. B. E-Mail, Mobile Push, SMS, Social) für bestimmte Kundensegmente.
Grundkenntnisse im E-Mail-Marketing.
Grundkenntnisse in HTML.
Affinität für Online-Marketing/E-Mail-Marketing.
SQL-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch
