Your mission
As a Senior Growth Consultant in a managerial role, you will play a key role in project management and leading our team. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- You will work with our diverse and fast-growing clients by developing and defining customized growth strategies to help them achieve their growth goals. (We have already done this for unicorns such as Sennder, PlusDental, Payfit etc.).
- You will conduct detailed data analysis and market research to provide informed recommendations and identify business opportunities. This includes various analyses at our clients:
- Customer Journey, Sales Approach, Structures & Processes
- Value proposition, buyer personas, goals, markets, etc.
- Competition and their strategies, tactics, channels used, etc.
- Current business model
- You evaluate and optimize existing business processes and lead the team in the implementation of improvement strategies
- You monitor the successful implementation of growth initiatives and ensure their alignment with customer goals
- You will lead and mentor a team of consultants to support their professional development and growth
- You foster effective communication and collaboration between interdisciplinary teams
- You create and present high-impact presentations and reports to keep clients informed of project progress and results.
Your profile
To be successful in this senior position, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
- You have proven leadership skills, including experience in project management and team leadership
- You have a deep understanding of business processes and advanced expertise in growth strategies
- You have excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- You are able to think holistically and define long-term strategies and the "big picture" customer journey
- You have a proven track record of developing innovative solutions in a multi-stakeholder organization
- You are the right candidate if you also have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You work independently and are effective in collaborating and leading a remote team
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English and are looking forward to working in an international team
